  • Seema Shukla, the visionary founder of the company, moved to Bangalore in year 2003 to pursue higher education. She completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Certification as an SAP HR Solution Consultant. She rejected opportunities on the platter from the corporate giants, to plan the next chapter of her professional journey.

    Seema’s journey into the world of Interior Designing did not start through a well-planned decision, but at a pivotal moment, when the choice was made between a promising corporate career and the pursuit of a long-suppressed passion for Design. This passion, however, was deeply rooted in Seema’s early exposure to the construction industry. From a young age, she was mentored by her father, a retired IAS officer and a Real Estate Developer, whose influence sparked her interest in design and ultimately led her to the world of Interior Designing.

    With her first assignment, Seema quickly realized that successfully running the business would require more than just passion, it needed expertise. Determined to fill this gap, she dedicated countless hours to mastering design software, undergoing technical training, understanding products and processes, and perfecting execution and planning. All of this she accomplished while simultaneously building her business from the ground up. Through relentless hard work, a pursuit of excellence, and a commitment to continuous learning, Seema was soon ready to conquer the world of Interior Design.

    Over the years, Seema’s relentless pursuit of excellence, both as a founder and an interior designer, has been the cornerstone of Artis Interiorz. She has built a reputation for transforming spaces with a unique blend of style, comfort, and functionality. Her obsession with the colour white is evident in many of her projects, while her keen eye for detail and unwavering dedication to exceptional results have earned her the trust of numerous clients. Today, Artis Interiorz stands as one of Bangalore’s leading Interior Design Firms.

    Mahendra Suthar, Business Partner

    Mahendra Suthar was born and raised in a traditional Marwari family in Rajasthan, with a long-standing legacy in the Art & Craft business. He embarked on his professional journey at a young age, driven by a deep curiosity to understand the tools and techniques. He committed himself to honing his skills, refining his techniques and perfecting his craft, all with the ultimate goal of knowing what goes behind the scenes to deliver exceptional products. Once ready, he had moved to Bangalore and started undertaking the Projects and worked for couple of year to gain experience.

    Mahendra joined Artis Interiorz in 2014 as an Associate to oversee operations, but his dedication to the company soon led him to become a Business Partner. Alongside Seema, Mahendra became an invaluable asset to the company. Despite their differing personalities, they shared a common vision: to build a business focused on "Client Satisfaction." Their partnership has been built on complementing each other’s strengths and providing support whenever the challenges become overwhelming. It has been a thrilling journey of mutual growth and learning, marked by collaboration and shared success.

    With over a decade of hands-on experience, Mahendra now leads a dynamic team of 150+ professionals across various departments at the company. He fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork, ensuring consistently exceptional results. His deep technical expertise and ability to connect the dots throughout the process of creating a home have been central to his leadership.

    Professionally, Mahendra is known for his practical, down-to-earth approach to problem-solving. He faces challenges with a straightforward and simplistic attitude, always focused on finding solutions and getting things done. Team members across departments rely on him for guidance, support, and solutions. On a personal level, Mahendra is often seen as calm and composed, yet he brings an infectious energy and enthusiasm to the organization. His unbeatable sense of humour has become a source of positivity, lifting the spirits of those around him.

    Shravan Suthar, Head Of Operations

    Shravan Suthar, whose journey is deeply rooted in his upbringing within a traditional Marwari family in Rajasthan, known for its rich legacy in Art & Craft. He began his professional journey with the company in 2014 as a Site Supervisor. From the very beginning, Shravan demonstrated remarkable potential, and over the past decade, he has grown into one of the company’s most invaluable assets.

    Shravan's enthusiasm, positive mind-set, and relentless drive have played a pivotal role in not only his personal success but also in shaping the growth of Artis Interiorz. His ability to foster team spirit and attract new talent is a testament to his leadership and his presence has come to represent the spirit of Rajasthan within the organization.

    What truly sets Shravan apart is his dedication to the job. Rather than focusing on the number of hours worked, he prioritizes results and ensures that every task is completed. His commitment often leads him to take on additional responsibilities, further highlighting his willingness to go above and beyond. In 2020, this exceptional dedication earned him the well-deserved promotion to Head of Operations.

    Shravan plays an instrumental role in the successful execution of our Turnkey Projects, where the average project timeline ranges from 6 to 12 months. Throughout the execution phase, he serves as a key liaison, maintaining constant communication with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.

    He is The Face, during the handover phase, Shravan is known as the epitome of endurance. He manages a team of 25-35 individuals, working tirelessly to ensure that every detail is in place, making the home ready for a seamless handover. His exceptional ability to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition post-handover, which is crucial for project closure. Undoubtedly he is an integral part of the Artis Interiorz family.
